Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans for display and optics suppliers.

• Set up and execute IQC/IPQC/OQC plans (Incoming, In-Process, Outgoing Quality Control).

• Manage full supply chain inspection, measurement, and test correlation (GR&R).

• Drive clean room and ESD management and improvement.

• Perform PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and process quality control.

• Track and resolve issues through production phases, including failure-mode and root-cause analysis.

• Lead quality & yield improvement and corrective actions (FA/CA).

• Work closely with display and optics vendors to ensure component quality.

• Collaborate with internal engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure specs are met at component, module integrator, and system levels.

• Support development builds and ramp/mass production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above in Physics, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of experience in display/optics development, manufacturing, or quality engineering.

• Demonstrated capability of data analysis, DOE, SPC control and yield improvements

• Experience with high-volume consumer electronics manufacturing, partnering with Asia-based suppliers and contract manufacturers.

• Self-motivated, experience excelling in a fast paced environment, flexible problem-solving, critical thinking, attention to detail and multi-functional influence experience

• Experience communicating and working with cross-functional groups with ability to write, read and effectively communicate both in English and Chinese.
