Logistics & Warehouse Operations

· Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label outgoing orders accurately to ensure on-time delivery to customers.

· Shipping: Load trailers and prepare necessary shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips).

· Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to comply with safety standards.

Inventory Control & Management

· Data Entry: Use handheld scanners and ERP/WMS software to record every movement of stock in real-time.

· Cycle Counting: Perform regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile findings with system records to identify discrepancies.

· Stock Put-away: Strategically bin incoming materials to optimize space and ensure "First In, First Out" (FIFO) rotation.

· Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming materials for damage or shortages and report issues to the procurement team immediately.
